we had to visit in
Southern California. Well, it's a nice enough town.
We sat in a cafe with too much sun
in our eyes and chewed the overpriced food
our waitress hurled at us 
as we watched folks walk by. There's
lots of street life. The kids liked the fountains and
the bubble machine. Scenic? yes. 
Don't know that it was worth the price of parking ($6).
